Trzemeszno Lubuskie Province: Lubusz (Lubuskie)
County: Sulecin (Sulęciński)

In 1793 Trzemeszno Lubuskie became part of Prussia during the 2nd Partition of Poland, where it was called Schermeisel. It remained part of Germany until 1945, when it was returned to Poland.
