Mieruniszki Province: Podlaskie (Podlaskie)
County: Suwałki (Suwalski)

In 1938 the Nazis changed the historic Lithuanian-origin name Mierunsken to Merunen. In 1945, after WWII, the town was transferred to Poland and named Mieruniszki.
